In addition to Fireworks CRM, we also offer seven stand-alone, easy-to-use, fully customizable web-based software products.
Our products include Broadcast Email, Text Messaging, Event Manager, Admissions Applications, Forms, Live Chat, and Email Response. Each of these products includes unlimited user licenses and live training.
Plus, live support is available to you – and to the students you serve – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. And during off-hours, we monitor our support queue and respond promptly to urgent requests.
